BSTECH GLOBAL is an OEM company with extensive expertise in manufacturing silicone-based swim caps. Our flagship product is the Silitex swim cap, made from a distinctive silicone-coated spandex material, and we have maintained long-standing partnerships with major water sports brands.
Since its establishment in 2002, BSTECH CO., LTD., the parent company of BSTECH GLOBAL, has been a leader in the industry through Silitex swim cap production. In 2018, the silicone-coated fabric business was formally launched, with the first plant focusing on swim cap manufacturing and the second plant on silicone-coated fabrics. Each facility has strengthened its technical expertise over time. In 2024, the first plant became an independent entity, launching BSTECH GLOBAL to maximize efficiency and specialization.
BSTECH GLOBAL manages the entire production process in-house, allowing precise and flexible responses to customer needs. Since our inception, we have earned the trust of multiple brands and international markets, and continue to expand globally through proven quality and differentiated technology.
BSTECH GLOBAL supplies swim caps to leading global sports brands, including Arena, and has built lasting partnerships.
With Japan as our primary export market, we also export across Asia to countries such as China, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, and Malaysia. Building on this foundation, we aim to broaden our global reach through stable supply and differentiated competitiveness.

Silicone Coating
We apply silicone to 4-way stretch fabric, with customizable coating colors and single-color patterns.
Printing
We provide custom printing of logos and graphics, ensuring swim caps reflect each brand’s unique identity.
Sewing
We sew Silitex in-house, applying our expertise to handle its tacky non-slip surface with precision.
Packaging
Following thorough inspections, we handle packaging directly to deliver flawless final products.
